What are the telephone system requirements for Mind The Gap?

Any KEY or PBX system will work with Mind The Gap as well as the latest VOIP systems such as Cisco’s Call Manager. If you currently have a CD player or radio attached to your KEY or PBX phone system then you have met the requirements. Otherwise, you may need to contact your telephone vendor to see if your system has music on hold capabilities. The music on hold option is fairly inexpensive to purchase. Typically though this capability is already built into your existing phone system. Regarding VOIP systems, no additional hardware is needed. We simply send you the sound files to be uploaded to your server, which is pre-programmed to provide on hold messaging to your phones.
