It’s a multi-year agreement with a monthly investment based on your number of locations, equipment (if needed), and amount of program changes annually. Including copywriting, voice, music, production, licensing plus digital on hold and in store players, our all-inclusive Synergy plan also comes with your own customized Client Web Page. Your Client Web Page puts the creative control of your voice, in store and on hold messaging programs right at your fingertips. Listen to your programs, access our Voice and Music Library, review your scripts and make program changes right online! This plan is an indispensable inbound marketing resource for any business wishing to synergize its overall advertising strategy. In fact, our automated system will notify you via email when your next program update is scheduled. It’s that effective! Which Plan is Best for You: Here & Now or Synergy

There’s no question that voice, in store and on hold messaging should be an integral part of a company’s inbound marketing strategy. But one question that most of our clients ask is “How often should we change our program?”

Here are some guidelines to help you decide how often to change, and which of our plans to choose:

Mind The Gap® Here & Now Plan: One-Time Investment

If your advertising strategy or products and services do not change very often, there’s usually no need to make frequent changes to your voice, in store and on hold messaging. In these cases, we recommend our Here & Now plan.

For a one-time investment that includes scriptwriting, voice, music, production and licensing, Mind The Gap ® will produce a professional program that works synergistically with your overall marketing strategy. It’s important to note that this plan should only be selected if changes to your voice, in store and on hold messaging occur less than once a year. If a digital on hold player is needed, we recommend our MTG 6000 for this plan.

Mind The Gap® Synergy Plan: Frequent Program Changes

If your advertising changes frequently due to the introduction of new products, services and special offers throughout the year, you should periodically update your voice, in store and on hold messaging. To address this need, we recommend our Synergy plan.

The Synergy plan is designed for companies that need to change their voice and on hold messaging programs frequently. Unlike the Here & Now plan, there is a monthly investment per location or portal, which includes equipment (if needed), scriptwriting, voice, music, production and licensing. This investment is based on the duration of the agreement and how often you wish to change your program annually. In addition, regardless of the frequency of changes and number of physical locations, you will need the MTG 1250i digital on hold and in store messaging player.
